Who you are dealing with

Nikah AI Ltd, trading as Cognivault. Registered in England and Wales, company number 17199968. Registered office and postal address: Office 1216, 60 Tottenham Court Road, London W1T 2EW. Registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office under ZC176381. We are not registered for VAT.

Email: info@nikah-ai.com. We aim to reply within one business day. That mailbox receives mail reliably; the form below is better if you want a reference and a dated acknowledgement straight away, and it is the route to use if you have not had a reply.

Support, billing and refunds

Ask us something

Support, billing, a question about your subscription, or anything else. You get a reference on screen as soon as you submit.

We store the address and the message so we can answer you, and delete them 90 days after the request is closed. We do not ask for identity documents here and you should not attach any.

For a refund or a cancellation, read refunds and cancellation first — it tells you what you are entitled to, and that you can also go straight to Stripe, which took your payment.

Getting back into an account

If you cannot sign in, go to account recovery, which explains exactly what happens and how long it takes.

Your data: a copy, a correction, or deletion

If you can sign in, the quickest route is to do it yourself: Settings, then Delete account has a Download my data button that gives you everything we hold about you as a JSON file, immediately, and a deletion that really deletes. See deleting your account and our privacy notice.

If you cannot sign in, use this form and we will do it for you.

Ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion

A request under the UK GDPR: access (Article 15), portability (Article 20), correction (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction (Article 18) or objection (Article 21). Say which, or just say what you want in plain words.

We store the address and the message so we can answer you, and delete them 90 days after the request is closed. We do not ask for identity documents here and you should not attach any.

How long we take. We answer within one month of receiving the request. The law lets us pause that clock while we are waiting for information we reasonably need to identify you or to understand what you are asking for — the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 added that, with effect from 5 February 2026 — and the clock restarts when you reply. If the request is genuinely complex we can extend by up to two further months, and if we do we will tell you why within the first month. We do not charge for this.

A complaint about how we have handled your personal data

You have the right to complain to us directly, and we have to give you a form to do it on and acknowledge it within 30 days. This is that form. The reference and the date it gives you back on screen are your acknowledgement — we do not rely on email for it.

Make a data-protection complaint

Tell us what we did with your personal data that you are unhappy about, and what you would like us to do. Section 164A of the Data Protection Act 2018 gives you this right.

We store the address and the message so we can answer you, and delete them 90 days after the request is closed. We do not ask for identity documents here and you should not attach any.

You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office instead of, or as well as, complaining to us — you do not have to come to us first. ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, or 0303 123 1113.

If you are not happy with our answer

We are not a member of an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme, and there is no ADR scheme we are required to belong to for a service of this kind. So if you are not happy with how we have dealt with a complaint, we cannot refer you to an ADR provider. What you can do instead: ask Stripe, which took your payment, to refund it; raise a chargeback with your card issuer; take the matter to the small claims track of the County Court; or, if the complaint is about how we have handled your personal data, complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
