Team is £12 per seat per month, or £10 per seat per month if you pay for a year up front — that is £120 per seat per year. There is a 3-seat minimum, so the smallest Team subscription is £36 a month, or £360 charged once, up front, for twelve months.

That is the total you pay. We are not registered for VAT and we add nothing at checkout. Prices are set in pounds sterling; if you pay in another currency, the amount shown at checkout is the total you pay. Can I try before I buy?

The Free plan is the trial. It is not time-limited: 1 workspace, up to 2 team members, 50 Ask answers and 10 grounded brief reviews per calendar month, for as long as you want. No card is required.

How does per-seat pricing work?

Team is £12 per user per month, or £10 per user per month when billed annually, with a 3-seat minimum. You buy the number of seats you need at checkout, and that number is the workspace's member limit. Adding or removing a seat later is a change you make in Stripe's billing portal, reached from Billing inside the app; Stripe prorates the difference.

What counts against the monthly limits?

One Ask answer is counted each time Cognivault answers a question in Ask Cognivault. One grounded brief review is counted each time a decision brief is sent for a model-cited review. Both are pooled across everyone in the workspace and reset on the first of each calendar month (UTC). Reading, writing and editing your own records is never counted.

What happens when I reach a monthly limit?

Cognivault tells you which limit you reached, how much of it you used, and the date it resets. Nothing is deleted and the rest of the product keeps working — only new AI answers and new grounded reviews pause until the reset or an upgrade.

What happens if I cancel?

The workspace returns to the Free plan at the end of the paid period. Nothing you wrote is deleted and no member is removed, but if the team is larger than the Free member limit, no new member can be added until it is back under it.

What if no model is available?

Ask Cognivault still answers, but it returns a clearly labelled deterministic draft built from your own records rather than model analysis, and Decision Studio reports a grounded review as unavailable instead of producing one. It is labelled on screen every time and never presented as analysis. If no model is configured on the deployment at all, neither one counts against your monthly allowance: an allowance that is sold against model analysis is not spent on a deployment that cannot perform any. A model call that is attempted and then fails does not count either: the allowance it reserved is handed back. An Ask question that matches no record in the workspace is answered with a labelled draft and does count.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Annual billing is £10 per user per month instead of £12, charged up front once for the year: £120 per user per year, so £360 for the 3-seat minimum. The billing page shows the exact up-front total for the seats you choose before you go to checkout. Choose it at checkout.
